Broadway Avenue becomes a virtual library with local and visiting authors reading from and selling their published works all in the name of literacy. Admission is free.


Be Loud and Proud

Celebrate diversity as thousands gather in support of the LGBTQ community for the 2019 YXE Pride Festival, June 14 -22. Shop for hand-crafted wares and enjoy some delicious food at the Pride Market, June 21 from 5-10 p.m. and June 22 from noon to 7 p.m. The event culminates with Saskatchewan’s biggest parade starting June 22 at noon. The route begins at Kiwanis Park North and winds through downtown.


Bounce the Day Away

Climb, slide, and bounce your way to the second annual Mega Bounce Inflatable Obstacle Course event at Meewasin Trail Park June 21-22. Presented by the Lung Association, this family-friendly event sees registered participants tackle nine obstacle courses for all fitness levels.


JULY EVENTS

Wave the Flag
